Turning 40, OUCH!

So Sunday, September 2, I turned 40. Can you believe it, I can't, lol. If you saw my hair now you would say wow, you ARE 40, time to cover the gray I guess. I had a very nice birthday. I was asked the day before what I would like for breakfast, I requested Starbucks, Bagels and bacon, I know it sounds silly but that was the first thing that came to mind.

My morning started out by David and the kids letting me sleep, David got up and took the baby monitor downstairs with him. I slept until 9, got up and was greeted by Becca giving me a hug and birthday wish and Kayla was still asleep. David and Becca went off to get my Starbucks, White chocolate mocha of course, and fresh bagels.

They came back and David cooked the bacon and fixed my bagel for me while I was in heaven with my coffee. Breakfast was yummy. My other request was to go to Archivers for a couple of supplies but before we left I was given two of my birthday gifts. A bag of Bath and Body Sweet Pea items, my fav and a list of Archivers classes with two of them circled. David had given me a gift of two classes at Archivers, One called Organize in Style to make an Orginizer and another for Glistening Greetings. David gave it to me just in case I wanted to pick a different class to take while I was shopping.

I got to choose a place for dinner so I picked my favorite Mexican restaurant El Puerto which is right on the lake, where we remembered that we had a free dinner on them from an unpleasant experience we had a few months ago so we had a great FREE dinner. We came back and had yummy ice cream cake with the Stauner family joining us.
